She did a great job at incorporating our love story and she also had a beautiful poem prepared in addition to the one we chose. She even helped greet our guests while the wedding party was getting dressed. She also gave us a very sentimental and special gift after the ceremony. First off let’s start with, we called Deborah last minute and she didn’t even bat an eye. She completely made the ceremony planning simple, easy and stress free. She arrived prompt, well organized, and eased the nervous bride and groom by individually chatting about the order of events with them. She also reminded the couple, how special a home wedding is, to really relax and take in this moment, and did not rush the couple one bit. Removing the rushing feeling for a bride is huge in her being able to clear her mind and be present in the actual moment! We were very happy with Deborah as our officiant at our wedding. We had a very small wedding as all of our families are scattered all over the country. I would recommend Deb to anyone. we we're not able to meet face to face prior to my wedding due to me just having a baby so deb stayed in close contact through email. she was very helpful making the ceremony choices and even left a binder with the whole ceremony for us. thank u for being a part of our special day!!
